“Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you rest.[1]“
[1] The Greek word commonly translated as “rest” could also be
interpreted as “orgasm”, considering that the typical conclusion of an
orgasm is a sense of deep rest and peace. It is truly a spiritual
experience. Therefore Jesus clearly intended a double-entendre by
using the term “come”. While he may not have been fluent in modern
English, it is likely he was fluent in King James English determined
democratically among a subset of fundamentalist Christians.
